From personal care and household support to skill-building, transport, and community engagement, I tailor each service to meet your unique needs and preferences.

As an independent support worker, I proudly support participants with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding. I offer a respectful, transparent, and participant-led approach — giving you the freedom to choose how and when you receive support, with care that fits around your lifestyle.

Assistance with Daily Living

Support is available to assist with everyday personal tasks such as personal care, getting ready for the day, movement and mobility, mealtime support, medication reminders or assistance, and help with daily routines. All support is tailored to suit your individual needs and preferences, with a strong focus on encouraging independence and promoting choice wherever possible.

Community Participation

Support to help you access and enjoy community, social, and recreational activities that are important to you. This may include appointments, events, volunteering, hobbies, or outings.

The focus is on building confidence, increasing social connections, and supporting your independence in a way that suits your interests and lifestyle.

Development- Life Skills              

Capacity-building activities focused on developing practical skills for greater independence, such as budgeting, cooking, public transport training, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, personal safety, and preparing for employment or further education.

Transport and Travel Assistance

Transport support to assist in accessing appointments, community events, employment, education, and other essential activities. Whether it’s getting to a medical appointment, joining a local group, or attending a job interview, reliable transport helps you stay connected, independent, and involved in the things that matter most. Support may also include travel training to help build confidence and skills for independent travel.

Household Tasks
