Who do i support?
I support people of all ages living with disability who have self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding. If you're unsure which type of funding you have, feel free to get in touch and I can help clarify.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
AEJ Disability Support is not a NDIS registered provider, AEJ is currently in the process of completing the NDIS registration process to become a registered provider. In the meantime, I proudly support participants with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans.
What areas do you provide services in?
I provide support across the City of Greater Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, and Surf Coast Shire. If you're nearby and unsure if I cover your area, just reach out — I’d be happy to discuss your location.
What does your Schedule of Supports include?
My Schedule of Supports outlines the specific services I offer and the agreed hours, days, and rates of support provided under your service agreement. It includes:

Each schedule is tailored to match your individual needs and goals, with flexibility built in.
What are your hours of support?
AEJ Disability Support provides flexible support tailored to your needs, with services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on availability and your individual goals.
As a sole independent support worker, there may be times when I do not have the capacity to take on new participants or meet urgent support requests. In these cases, I will always do my best to assist you by referring you to another trusted and reliable provider.
AEJ Disability Support is part of a supportive network of providers, support workers, support coordinators, and plan managers — all working together to ensure participants receive the care, connection, and consistency they need.
Is AEJ insured?
Yes. AEJ Disability Support is fully insured with current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect both participants and the business.
Do you have qualifications and checks?
Yes. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Disability, and I have up-to-date:
First Aid & CPR
Mental Health First Aid
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Medication Administration
Infection Control & Disaster Preparedness
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current National Police Check
Full, unrestricted driver’s licence
Registered, insured, and roadworthy vehicle for participant transport

Can you help with employment goals or job readiness?
Absolutely. With experience in the disability employment sector, I support participants with resume writing, interview preparation, job-seeking skills, and working with Disability Employment Services (DES) if needed.
How do I access NDIS funding?
To access the NDIS, you must:
Be under 65 years of age
Live in Australia and be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
Have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities
